As part of our professional lawn renovation package, our team will:

Main visit:

• Prepare your lawn for the renovation by locating irrigation heads, outdoor lighting, utility covers, etc. within the lawn area.
• Thoroughly prepare the existing lawn by mowing and re-defining the lawn edges, remove all thatch, top-dress (as needed), apply all necessary nutrients, aerate the soil, collect soil for analysis, mechanically and hand apply grass seed appropriate for the conditions, roll the lawn and top-dress.
• Give you all the information you need to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Follow up visit:

• Mow, edge and trim.
• Fertilize and apply any additional nutrients as indicated by the soil analysis.
• Overseed and top-dress any bare or thin areas.
• Follow-up with you to answer any questions you may have.

During the entire process, our Lawn Care Manager will work with you directly to establish expectations and ensure that they're met.
